**Defective or Incorrectly Made Items**
If, by chance, an item arrives with a printing or sewing error, we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us immediately, and we will work with our manufacturers to correct the issue and send you a replacement. We stand behind our products and ensure that each piece meets the highest quality standards.

**Sizing Issues**
As our clothing is made to order, we encourage you to carefully consider sizing before placing your order. If you receive an item that doesn’t fit as expected, we ask that you consider reselling or gifting it to someone who can enjoy it. This approach helps keep our business eco-friendly by preventing unsold stock from becoming waste.
